    Holy! That looks like the Sandy’s that’s still in Austin! They’ve beeen around since the ‘40’s. Any idea where that picture was taken? I’m looking up some old pix just in case...

    I think it is. I just googled "sandy's drive in austin" and came up with the same pic.

    We had the taxi pic posted on the '57 forum last month. Lots of questions brought up, like when have you seen 2 dr taxis?

    really like the 54s odd though the vicky has ww and poverty caps and coupe has full discs.not often you see pics of vickies with poverty caps.I like the look have same on mine I hung the baskets and full discs on wall.

    In Las Vegas I shared an elevator with the asian guy that played the owner of Arnold's. I'm only 5'8", must have had 8 or 10" on him. Can't remember his name......I know it wasn't Mr. Mieagy (sp).
