The last time I talked to Dave the Kandy Kart was back here being restored. I hope someone here knows more about it than I do.

Just last week I happened across two pics on the Web of Mulligan's Chevy at an outdoor event, wearing all flat black (primer?). (NOT the gray pictured below.) There was no info.

I haven't been able to find them again, but I'll keep trying. They are out there. (Anyone?)

Found it. From the KKOA Scan0909.jpg show in Michigan. Looks like it was taken the same weekend as the one above.

When was the recessed area on the side of the car added. And the rearward opening hood.

Funny thing is that he remove the fake rear vent on the roof. But I must say, "boy that is a lot of work".

Post 35 is exactly the way it was when I bought it from Mulligan in 1974 and sold it a couple years later.

The car is Bad Ass, it's not front or back heavy and has good lines. Dave had talent and was a great metal man. I just don't get some people, they say this car doesn't work but praise the Golden Sahara which has to be the ugliest car ever built. If someone were to build it today, it would be a joke. It looks like something off a bad Japanese cartoon
