    Great photo, that’s a 1933 Beacon Continental an early compact car, they were a bit downsized. I never saw a four door before but years ago there was a really nice hot rodded 2 dr. in the Midwest.

    I know it's VERY picky, but it is actually a Continental Beacon. A friend of mine in Michigan has a BEAUTIFUL, all original Continental Beacon four door.

    Not picky at all, I appreciate the correction. I was going from memory, many years ago Special Interest Autos magazine did an article and it was the Continental Motors Co., builders of engines for many independent auto manufacturers that took over De Vaux who was in debt to Continental. In 1933 the line was renamed to reflect the new owners.

    LOL ! I had to google Alvin Stardust..... How did you come up with those two and what is "John Gage" connection with Stardust and sitting in that car ?
