    I used to have breakfast with Miles, his son Dick, the Schwisters and other old racers years back, what a treat, Miles would hold court, the Best storyteller of past racing ever. I can't answer your question about Hot Rod, but Miles built his own cars for years so it would make sense his boys would be Hot Rodders

    There were no "Lincoln Continentals" in 1954, just Lincolns. The Capri was the upper series and plain Lincoln was the base. In 53 & 54, the Y block was 317.5 cu.in. and it was pushed out to 341 for 55.

  18. Sorry your right, Ford called this concept car, the 195-x Continental, before it was the Lincoln x-100.:confused:
