    I attended the Williams Grove race in question. Larson did not have a handkerchief in his mouth. He sat larger in the car than that pictured. I do not remember the buildings that close to the track. Larson got the Bignotti ride after the WG race, Bettenhausen went to the Zink ride.

    I can be wrong, but Jud was a much large figure.

    Second edit. I am wrong, larson wore a watch which can be seen.

    The Milo Baker residence is on the left, the Hilliker house is on the right. Milo Baker was president of Baker Iron Works and he built his house prior to 1889. The Hilliker house was the last residence to be built on the hill.
