How many times do we need to answer this self-evident question. If only you had a magic device at the end of your arm that would tell you that his movie career dated back to the '40's. I am not sure. but many people with decades long movie and TV careers seem to be able to afford nice stuff. Just a guess though....

That's my wife's grandfather. I posted this photo here 4 or 5 years ago. He was a Chrysler executive in Detroit for several decades, retiring in 1954.
