Debating on doing a similar style build with a few changes I would have made on this one, painting it the inverse color scheme and calling it the evil twin.

Random T spotting an hour and a half away from its garage. Someone tagged me in the photo off Facebook. Glad to see it out and about 177B0ED3-E789-42FF-862C-FEA6B6D9186A.jpeg

Been thinking of hammering a roadster out myself lately. Think it’s time to re read this all!

Great build thread. I am surprised how more "substantial" the car looks with the height of the 32 frame below the T body. Did you take all of the curve out of the 32 rails when you built the chassis?

Shortened the rails 9" and kicked them up with a wedge cut of about an inch between the body mount bolts in the curve. It left the rear of the frame rails level to mount the turtle deck.

So they still have the 32 curve outwards in the middle? In the pics of the frame without the body, they kinda looked like the curve wasn't there anymore.

Curve is still there. I just laid the frame rails out and cut the crossmembers to fit the width of the body.
