VINTAGE SHOTS FROM DAYS GONE BY! (Part 2)

My Father-in-law bought a 56 just like this one, same two tone blue. He said it had all the options except A/C, even factory skirts, cont kit and 2X4s. It was ordered by someone that refused it and it sat on the dealers lot until after the 57s came out. He said he got a hell of a deal on it. He traded it in on a black 61 Ford Starliner, he said the Ford didn't run near as good as the 56 but he loved the look of it.

There are some guys that enjoy looking at this young lady's gloves, or possibly her shoes.

I am not one of those guys...

 

These are both Aussie cars Al G, Can't think of the owner of the coupe & the roadster belonged to John English who passed away about two years ago.

 

Looks like a member of the Ramchargers team earned extra $$$ as a cab driver...…….
