They do look great on the right cars as above but would look crap on mine. JW

 

I normally DESPISE ww on hot rods in general...though there are exceptions. WW are for customs.

 

All I can say is Yuck!

Just for some proper hot rod balance, my RPU without whitewalls

 

I have a set for mine, just need to gather up some steel wheels. I have been gathering parts to rebuild it in a more traditional style.

some look good, some look bad - WW are way over used on rides today

 

I like T's with whitewalls & without, Larry's roadster PU is the cats pajamas's as far as I'm concerned. HRP

They're OK, never with a white wheel though.

 

Too much white. Would be better with dark or chrome wheels, imo.

To the blackwall crow.
Its must be something terrible wrong in all my magasines.
All the cars from 52-62 have whitewalls and they still call
them hotrods.

 

Count the cars with blackwalls thats not a resent build in this thread.
Allmost all with blackwalls are competitioncars not used on streets.
