Features Where's the Custom Packards?

Love that body style! Looked at a stock one for sale years ago, couldn't quite swing it. Dreamt last night I bought a mint 4-door for next to nothing. (I'm not the only one who dreams about buying old cars, right??)

 

I’ve started a thread on Rik Hoving’s Custom Car Chronicle after finding a crusty 39 120 sedan. Rik took my verbal ideas of a Darrin style Custom and transformed a “standard Darrin” into a sublime smooth custom. So we’ll see how it goes.

 

I think we all dream like that.

Note: My father had a Packard & Crosley Dealership in Ohio.

 

The design for my 39 120 Packard custom is still evolving with assistance from Rik Hoving and James de Ath. Still assembling missing parts.... but getting very close to start cutting and shaping.
