    I have to agree with the shortened wheelbase idea. But i really I don´t know why they didn´t go for a roofline that looked more like the bubbletops they were making at the time.

    I don't know. It's mighty big task. He's thinking of putting it on a custom 1 ton

    I personally like the 4 door style top better in these therefore I like the 4 door better.
    I cant help but have the mentality to say, Its a corvair, who cares if its also a 4 door.
    sorry but to me a 4 door in these especially, is more interesting.

    I always thought the later model Corvair's flowing lines were far better looking . Too bad Ralph Nader didn't feel the same way:(
