No, a freind of mine sent me those. I have an invitation to buy the SD but it's several hours from me, and would require a few trips to get it out. I've thought about it recently to go get it but I'm on the fence just because of where it's sitting.

I like the 60, even the patina on it, Its painful seeing tri fives sitting going to waste like that considering how bad Ive been wanting a 55 again lately, even a rough 4 door project (or driver) would be cool if they all werent either so overpriced or far away.
Heres the ones Im talking about:)

It was in the picture with the four C2 Vettes in the metal carports. They were all sedans but priced decent, around $4k each.

The 60 looks like it has a decent set of rear 1/4's on it.

Ok, went back over to my friends house to look at the old cars. Here's some more pics. He was clearing room for more cars to haul in.

  20. It's amazing how those attitudes change if you bring stacks of cash. So many "NFS" cars have a price. If you're really lucky it's cheaper than you think!

Worth the trips. I will say if it makes you hesitate then it isn't really a car you want. In my experience if a car excites me I'll do whatever it takes to get it. If I have to think about it I really don't care if I get it or not.

Agree, and that's why it's not sitting at my place right now! I would love for someone to save it and would certainly pass the info along if they were serious and wanted it. I don't know how difficult the property owner is to get ahold of or work with but I do know they are the selling type, not the hang on and let it rot type.

I rent storage space at a former dairy farm and one of the other tenants dragged this in. Looks like the plastic box is trying to keep rain out of the later flathead that's in there. IMG_4989.jpg

  26. I saw that and wondered the same thing. Maybe just the effect from an odd camera angle?
