That place is just up the road from me. They have a couple other old trucks/planters there also.

 

The photo is actually from a 500 piece puzzle sold at Target.

 

Now that is one way to sell your advertising. taking a picture and making it into a puzzle. Wonder how many people call that number off the puzzle?

I looked up the name and telephone number and it took me right to their site.

Waiting for the old 50's car hauler with the Tri-fives on it and maybe that 63 split window covered in vines.......or not.

Sorry about the caps...on other forums we get a little tired of seeing the same stuff....especially rotting Corvette's that have been saved.

 

...most likely a scrapper got this one about a year ago...

 

Sorry for posting old stuff that isn't mine. I find stuff on the internet that looks interesting and post them here. There is nothing worth posting from around were I live. All the interesting has been hauled off long ago.

Not so much on the "isn't mine" - most all of the stuff here isn't the poster. Maybe try CL in your area....most oldies on Craigslist are sitting and rotting......take heart - we all take a hit or are reminded on the HAMB every now and then.....Best of the New Year to you guys as well !

... My buddy found these two deuces that have been sitting for 60 years ... he scored the 3 window and got it back on the road ... still trying to snag the roadster which is still sitting and rotting ... He did manage to get the louvered hood and a few fenders ...

 

I like the pic`s to be current also. If not, then say so. If pic`s are from the internet. Say so. I found my project car that some one posted on here. He said he went to look at it and it wasn`t a Ford. Like he was told it was. Would of bought a couple more, but were to far away. And one of those, the guy wouldn`t tell me a price.

 

I also found some parts from an operating salvage yard too that were posted on here. . Agreed on a price. But they don`t do shipping. EEERRRR.

 

Here are a couple sitting in Maybury State Park in Michigan, took these in about 2008, about a 50 Chrysler and a 57 Ford Wagon. Somebody had the 9 inch from the 57 wagon sitting on the ground later, don't know if they ever got it out of the park.
