Cool pics, I think the chop on the teal Buick Convertible and the blue 36 3-window probably take them out of the "mild custom" category. On the total other end of the spectrum, the '58 Pontiac Bonneville, while cool, seams to be bone stock. I'd love to have any of these three in my garage, just wondering if they should be posted in the "mild custom" thread.

Can someone explain to me how those chrome semi-circle headlight lens blockers make a car look better?

Really all a matter of personal taste. I ran them on my high school car, a '55 Ford. The stock chrome 'eyebrows' in addition to the part you are talking about, which could be an 'eyelid' kind of personified the car. 01122017.jpg

I really like the way they look on some cars but I can't run them on mine. I tried, but couldn't do it.

That's nice. Clean, uncluttered, classic, and stylish. Very nice job.

Thanks sky six. I wanted a classy yet mild kustom you may see after 1945 cruising socal. The less is more approach I believe adds style and accents the amazing body lines of these fat fords

Rounded hood, rarely seen with stock upper-grille bar.
