It might help if you were to put a general location (more specific than, Mid-Atlantic) in your profile or in your post. The East Coast Hot Rod Garage in Denton, Maryland does quality work and I'm sure could do it, but is that reasonably close to you? One can only guess.
.......I'm not familiar enough with the Richmond area to say for sure, but I would be willing to bet if you asked around there you would find a shop that could do it closer to home for you. The Richmond area has been a hot-bed for racing and hot-rod activity in general for decades.
