1952-59 Ford Door hinge pins for my '54 Customline?

My drivers door drops a little after I unlatch and open it. I'm ***uming worn hinge pins. I've looked online and can't find any specifically for a '54. Has anyone replace their hinge pins and if so, where did you get them?

 

I rebuilt my hinges for the '57 from parts found in the HELP brand section at Auto Zone. The ***ortment kit had both the pins and bronze bushings...made it easy. Don't know if the '54s are the same.
As far as "dropping a little" when you open..........again '57 info, but 57 striker plates and latches are designed to lift the door about 1/16 when closed. That keeps weight somewhat off the hinges and lowers rattling.

 

I thought maybe '54 hinge pins were specific. Sounds like universal pins will work. I'll check it out. The drivers door drops some but the p*** door does not. I ***ume 'cause the left door gets used more it would naturally wear more than the right door. I'll investigate further, thanks!

 

My hinges on the 54 are not too bad, but could use some help . Anyone drill the hinges for modern pin and bushings or are there other fixes. Not sure how to drill for bushings and get the hole perfect so the bushing will not have a sloppy fit
