While most of them are not HAMB friendly we can always hope. I haven't seen any coverage of the finalists to date. Anyone?

I really like that 34 pickup, but just about bet they'll give it to the Camaro.
And I agree with A *****, the Olds is cool, too!

Consensus here seems to be on the "Brute Force" 55 chevy... but...... there dosent seem to be any rhyme or reason to the picks recently so who knows...

Is it a rule that the finalists in any show, whether it's Ridler or AMBR or whatever, have to have the ugliest wheels conceived by the mind of man? Dang, those are some ugly wheels on every single one of those cars. Yuck!

AH but they are one off made only for that vehicle with the cnc program hermetically sealed in a vault in the desert wheels . Even though they are indeed ugly.

That 56 Old rather spins my wheels but it probably is too "old school even with what appear to be ugly wheels on the front.

The Olds was a beautiful car....straight as straight could be...had some great old style Kustom touches..interior was a little too high tech for my taste..and yes the wheels...while not anywhere near as horrible as the others were still a little too modern looking for my taste...but it’s the Riddler....it’s not been about good taste in years....

I usually don't comment on show cars 'cuz they're well, show cars. Not much to do with anything I own or drive. But I have to say that the woodwork on Driftwood is absolutely beautiful. (and I can live with the wheels). My son and son-in-law are cabinet makers and I've dabbled in cellulose butchery a bit too.

Not a lot of creativity with this sampling. I'd go Driftwood if it were up to me.

My vote is for the 69 Camaro more than anything because it was built by a good friend that drives a real traditional 46 Ford coupe daily. I’m sure he would build more traditional stuff for others as well if that’s what they wanted, but the money seems to be in more modern styling most of the time. Steve is a real hot rodder and builds WAY nice stuff...just not always my style.

Oh, here is Steve’s daily driver and another guys chopped 61 that works for him. All great guys and friends at that shop.

Great 8 has been downhill since the loss of Al Maynard.
