My pickup on the assembly line. It will probably hit the street like that until I can find the $$ for decent front fenders.
Stogy, I’ll dig through my stuff, somewhere I have a photo of my old ‘33 coupe with just rear fenders.

Interesting top for a Sport Coupe. I've got one in the process, but it will run full fenders.

Thank you, that is the craftsmanship of Hamber @Koz...and yes it is very unique but also very plausible as a Post WW11 addition from those that lived the Big Fight and were fortunate enough to come back from the hell that it was and get back to what they had to leave behind...

I hope you exploit the unique style of the Sport Coupe as many get the Coupe Conversion and I still wonder why...they make Damn Nice Hotrods...

  20. I'm surprised I haven't seen these two yet. Lloyd Bakan's coupe and Lynn Bird's interpretation of Lloyd's coupe

I got some bobbed Model A fenders for the rear but I like it better with just the cycle fenders up front. Besides, they help keep road debris outta my face!

@El Hueso I did post one of Bakan's Coupe...I am giving some leeway to have You and the others to have some fun with it but Lloyd's Coupe was an influence with that look especially with it's magazine and all the other venues it made the rounds in...thanks for sharing those...I'll never tire of it and the Ladies liked it to boot...:D

This Thread is based on Half Fendered...which translates to Fronts or Rears only...

    My Coupe only has rears...

    Some Hotrods had fronts only...

There is a mix here as there has been some confusion and even perhaps not even noticing there were fronts making 4 fenders which is not half.

I did start a Thread to cover the 4 Fendered Mix with Cycle style Fronts like the Graffiti Coupe...As it is a Different Look and You know how passionate we are about such details...

    https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum...cle-cycle-style-fronts.1189241/#post-13514227

Again I really enjoy Both...but again different...

It is interesting that the Pic I posted of the Bakan Coupe had just the rears but the Cover shot he was running Cycles up front...Obviously he enjoyed both looks...
