The first photo looks like Pat O'Connor in the Engle Offy. I'm guessing around 1953.

The other is a great action shot of Jack McGrath and (I think) Jimmy Reece. Not sure of the track.

 

You're right it's Reece in the 9 at Springfield 1955.
