Just curious as the Roadster Hamber Royalshifters replicating has a Carson style top on that Type of Windshield but with the frameless top I can see the hurdles one might face...

Yours is quite Hammered too which may make getting in and out challenging hence I could see a hesitation or disinterest.

The Anderegg AMBR Roadster had a Carson top with a Heavy chop and it was actually hinged at the back to aid in and out...

All my rambling aside your decision may have nothing to do with any of the above, but I just thought I'd share my thoughts as it would probably look pretty cool.

Your plan B sounds awesome as well...we look forward to your continuing journey...thanks for sharing 08...

 

Yeah royalshifters car is using a Duvall style. Love that car and can’t wait to see it done.

This one will probably never get a top. I’m trying to score another roadster and that one already has a top. [emoji6]

Ok, I’m gonna call this windshield done. Plan on making another one with all the mistakes I have learned from. It should be a lot better.

I got these radial tires, made by Auburn, that look alot like Firestones. Big difference in the ride. Only put 35lbs of air in them. Ran 40lbs in my Firestones. Love the Roadster, and I think the windshield looks great.

 

Thank you! Yeah the Auburn’s ride so much better! I can actually drive the car now and not just react to whatever the hell it wants to do.

With the Firestones, it wants to follow every crack and grove in the road. When I need new front tires, i'm gonna get some of those ribbed dirt tires.

Sorry man I’ve been off the H.A.M.B. for a bit. They are the Diamond back radials 16”. They drive so much better.
