Quite a resemblance between the yellow Mercury bodied T and this Aries cyclecar.

Is that a three wheeler a boat or an UFO?

 

Do the paddles on the tall wheel hinge out for propulsion in the water?

 

It's a 5 wheeler!!

 

There does seem to be mechanism in those "paddle wheels".

 

Be interesting to see more of that thing. There's a lot going on that you can't really see.

I suspect that is a Bantam frame. Here is an Austin 7 frame.

 

And a Black BSA and a silver Sandford.

We need a French speaker to tell us. Isn't there one of those translation apps that has a voice speaking the word(s) correctly?

 

Looks like American Austin to me. The Bantams I have seen have semi elliptic rear springs. The chassis in the photo is missing its cross members, but does have spring mounting bolt holes for quarter elliptic rear springs that look very similar to those on my UK built Avatar Austin Seven. The upswept rear part of the chassis is the same shape as the 1934 and up UK built chassis, but on the UK car it is a rivetted on extension rather than part of the chassis rail "proper" as in the photo.
