    I suspect that is a Bantam frame. Here is an Austin 7 frame.

    We need a French speaker to tell us. Isn't there one of those translation apps that has a voice speaking the word(s) correctly?

    Looks like American Austin to me. The Bantams I have seen have semi elliptic rear springs. The chassis in the photo is missing its cross members, but does have spring mounting bolt holes for quarter elliptic rear springs that look very similar to those on my UK built Avatar Austin Seven. The upswept rear part of the chassis is the same shape as the 1934 and up UK built chassis, but on the UK car it is a rivetted on extension rather than part of the chassis rail "proper" as in the photo.
