This is on what is now Riverside Dr . There is Propane storage cavern blocks from this area that holds 8.5 million gallons these homes are now mostly long gone . The few that are remaining are selling for millions because the other side of the tracks is the Ohio River .

Rootie, the first shot looks like an early '60s URC race but I don't recognize the track. And the sports cars running on dirt tracks went on for a while back in the 1950s; especially in California. Could this be at Carrell Speedway? I think Phil Hill did some of these races early in his career. The last attached photo shows Bobby Marshman and Arnie Knepper at (I think) Sacramento in 1964.
