I saw a bunch of your '32 coupes on the "Rear End" thread. I think you've had just about ENOUGH '32 Ford coupes for one human being. That's it !!! You're cut off:p:D

Well, considering that you're NOT hoarding them, and actually send them down the road when you're done with them, I guess one more would be OK:D

Another great find Chris! If you ever have time, using one side of a 8x10 piece of paper please list as many of the cars & trucks you found since you found the HAMB. Bob

Wow, that is a great find ! Are you sure that you don't want to leave it channeled?

Cool. If it were me that one would be a keeper.

I'd say that the Grandpa's American Grafitti reference meant that that when it was Yellow he street raced it a bit or it had a bit of street racing history. Car is too nifty to make another silly Graffiti clone out of though.

I don't think it was ever channeled ... As Chris stated in the OP:
    Looking at the second pic:

    Chris Swenson's Chopped Deuce 5wd.jpeg

... you'll notice the stock height firewall ... which leads me to believe a previous owner was planning to channel the car ... but just never finished that "project."

Not a "budget" item ... but I hear the Union Pacific 1932 Ford 5-Window Coupe Floor Panels are nice:

  19. I'm really excited to see where you go with this one. Looks like a nice chop on a solid car. I agree with you. The firewall and a few other parts look like they were collected later. Have fun!

If my buddy called and asked if i was interested in a 32 5w body, I'd have to tell him that i can't afford it! I'm sure that wasn't "cheap"! Glad you got it man ;)

As HEMI32 says the United Pacific floor ***emblies make it an easy fix for your channel job. We fixed my channeled 5 window with one when they first came out. A little pricey but worth it.
