I think "Baby Herman" is a C cl*** tournament fire truck from Woodmere LI NY. A very popular event on LI. They get pretty crazy with 454+ cu in.

I think this is the car in the Simeone collection in Phily.

 

The Wintersteen Grandsport is in the Simeone Museum and is still in the vintage livery.
It is parked next to the Daytona coupe as raced in Bonneville Salt Flats. Both with amazing history.

This is the Rohm & Haas Explorer II. Rohm & Haas supplied Plexiglas to the automotive manufacturers.

 

This '63 lives in Florida. The owner may have had something to do with the build of this particular top. I forget the story.

 

I shot these locally a couple of days ago.

It is beautiful. Stock looking Vette but we will say the optional fuel injection qualifies it as a hot rod; after all the Beach Boys wrote a song about it so that has to mean something.

I fully (fooly?) agree with injection making it a hot rod, i would also add dual quads to that.

 

Nah, not a hot rod for me, a concours FI Corvette is a stocker. IMO
