    I almost forgot this one. My '57 Chevy Sedan Delivery, the "Bromad", pushing the Lefty's Speed Shop / Bean Bandits flathead powered belly tank at Bonneville. The guy in the yellow ball cap is me. Flywheels is a Japanese hot rod / custom car magazine.

    I think it would be cool and the back story and how you got where you were to show effort Is icing for all to see.

    The Hot Rod magazine when I owned the car and the Pete Millar cartoon mag when SWC owned it. Was on several other magazine covers. The car is an icon.

    Not my coupe, but I built and painted it for my friend Eric. Always thrilled when my work ends up in a magazine, let alone the cover !!!! This thing has been used in some promotional stuff as well. Ol Skool.PNG Ol Skool 2.PNG

    Cover shot of my 3 window at the Showdown in Texas last Feb. Great show of real hot rods. The yellow sedan was the centerfold in Rod & Custom 20 years ago with a great write up all done at Americruise in Lincoln, Nebraska.

    Cover of Streetscene, crowd shot with about a hundred cars. You really had to know what to look for to see us. I still got a kick out of it.

    Magazine and calendar. Both before I owned it. Original builder was Brent Nightingale. 20200421_124144.jpg

    I'll ***ume you mean anybody so: After finding out who owned and built the '34 I bought in November of '95, I was surfing the web one evening and it struck me that because of the notoriety of the car it might be on the web. Sure enough it was on the Kusomrama web site and listed as missing. I contacted Sondre (sp?) and the rest is more history for the car. That history can be seen if you choose to by Googling}
    Jerry Bergs 1934 Ford Coupe.

  25. Never had a cover shot.
    Chuck Vranas picked my 47 as a ‘Top 100’ in 2015 for Street Rodder Magazine- was shown on line and in print in March2016 Adjustments.JPG

    Also had a 3 page feature in Street Scene magazine June 2016.

    Adjustments.JPG IMG_4347.JPG

    Has shown up in bits and pieces in other background shots in mags shooting at various events over the year’s-not the stuff you would buy extra copies of the mag for though-lol

    No feature and FAR from a cover but I was absolutely floored when I saw this! Half of my 57 made it in a magazine! 20201012_211725.jpg Kingpins show Salisbury beach. Fellow Camsnappers and a bunch of friends enjoying the day. Mike Bowling in green hoodie, me at p***enger door

    Our 2 LSR cars have been in Hot Rod during Bonneville coverage and Pat Ganahl made me famous in 1978 Street Rodder with a 3 page article on our 40 Chevrolet. Always a pleasant surprise to a really low buck getting coverage.
    But since you asked our 56 Victoria was featured in Vintage ROADCAR magazine because of the NASCAR power package being installed; 10 pages and 16 photos. Written by Jim Richardson. We were also on the cover of FOMOCO Times for the Crown Victoria Owner ***ociation which I’m a member. Owners write their own articles and are from all over the world. 29. This is a good thread but it won't be long until people ask "what's a magazine"? We have lived in a wonderful time. :)

    My 55 Lincoln Capri (Mucha Muchacha) was in a few magazines but the most amazing was getting the cover of Rod and Custom about ten years back(even if it’s the small picture) IMG_6666.JPG IMG_6661.JPG IMG_6662.JPG IMG_6664.JPG
