Features Corvette hot rods - picture thread

I recently bought the book on Grand Sports and loved it. I thought I knew a lot about them, and was surprised how little I knew. They basically look like a C2 Corvette, but share little other than the shape. Amazing cars!!

 

By all means tell us more? [emoji3]

White was never one of my favorite corvette colors......until lately! What kind of wheels are those???? They look great!

I THINK I remember Radirs as being one of the first mag wheels around here. I think it was about 1964.

Since many of us have mental issues when it comes to early Vettes, we anxiously await another car into the thread. I see that 62 Vette is new and this is his first post. If I may, it may be wise to be careful when loading pictures of a procharged LS project. The HAMB caters to old school for the most part and does not allow photos of "new" wheels or "new" engines such as LS or other "new" style features. If you load them they may be taken down. You can probably load pictures if you do not include new style wheels of actual pictures of the LS. We all know what an LS looks like but there are probably many features of the car that may be acceptable-suspension and overall body mods etc. If 62 Vette has any problems he can feel free to private message me, the middle flag on the top right corner and maybe I can help crop any photos if necessary. There are also a couple of other threads that may cater to performance upgrades to these old Vettes. Good luck.
