My original 100' extension cord for my electric hedge trimmer is down to 60 odd feet. Damn those pesky orange branches!

Thirty years. Actually I got thinking about it and I made a 75' and 25' cords from out of the original 100' many years ago. The 75 footer has been my dedicated trimmer cord and I've whittled it down over the years to 60 odd feet.

  5. Phsshhh... Extension cord grounds are for wusses. Around my shop, we die like men! :p

My grandfather would be so pissed if he saw how I treat extension cords. He would also be pissed that, after a lifetime of fighting extension cords, all the tools that he needed extension cords for, are now cordless. :D

I thought it was alcohol first, then fire second, and safety....third?

    Trust me I'm an expert.
