Anybody in the mood to do a little fine tuning on this design? Saw it on FB for sale with some other Buicks.
It's a flower car. I'd drive the shit out of that, then fill up the gas tank, and drive it some more. If you don't have a picture of a fucking Prius over your bed, you should appreciate how cool that is. Where is it?
Take the hand rail thing off the bed Loose the fender skirts Paint it a solid colour I’m thinking dark ( black , blue, dark grey ??) And a set of torque thrust D’s n your cruising !!
Looks like something from a Cheech and Chong movie! I love it! Sent from my iPad using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
For those interested it looked, from the FB ad anyway, that it is in Levittown PA. Here is the link to it if interested, and I do this right! https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2852263985049328
Looks a helluva lot better than my '50 Ford Victchero field find. Based on the above photo I say it deserves a full restoration. I'd go with the fender color all over though, don't care for that baby shit brown/yellow. Rajah. Was that the shop truck for the folks that made spark plug wire ends?
And lose the portholes. It looks like it was very well done originally and should be returned to it's former glory.
A decent stock hood will fix most of the low rent stick trinkets on "customizing". The photo from it' Shriner glory days show that it has a lot of potential. It would look pretty sweet all finished out with an old Indian or knuckle painted to match riding in the back.
1942 Buick Model 90 [Ragsdale Buick] converted by the Buick factory into a pickup truck. They should have asked Ozzies how to build a proper 'Ute'
From here in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, no less! Couple of vintage bikes as mentioned would be cool.
