Hot Rods 1939 Ford Coupe Trunk Question

The Access Panel for the gasoline float was covered over with upholstery material and I cannot find it to adjust/change my float.

Can anyone assist in helping me locate it with reference points?

Thank you both for the info and verification. Next I have to carefully cut the glued in upholstered trunk material and find the access cover so I can re calibrate my float level.
