Nice solution to the radiator hose timing gear cover interference problem inherent with the stovebolt and Jimmy six engines, Cody.

I originally saw it done on the Bill Kelly coupe . And saw that brassworks offered it . So it should make things a lot easier

Oh man that engine sure is pretty. Love the manifolds, and the Riley's, and the fins, and the channel job, and the trailing arms, and the front bones....etc etc etc.

I would love to run the Riley’s 2” but there almost impossible to find and from what I here there not streetable,

So I’m going to run 3 early Weber 40 Dcoe . If I can find Dco3 even better

Three Weber side draughts look great on an inline six.

A good friend machined the bottom of the cover flat. Seen here passing the ‘slip of paper test’ with flying colors.

Nice looking valve cover you got there . I’m surprised that your cover needed to be machined flat , as being that is a fairly new aftermarket Wayne valve made by Patrick’s for a standard 216/early 235 head and the casting on them we’re pretty good . I’m glad you posted a photo of this because a lot of people don’t know the difference between a aftermarket one for a stock head and a real Wayne valve cover

The way you can tell the difference is the original Wayne valve covers had two breathers , the cover it self is narrower and the bolt holes are closer inline with the Wayne name .
