I am restoring a 1937 Allard Special and the car is built on a shortened modified Ford Chassis.

I am trying to identify what year and car the braking system is off

The foot peddles are all Ford – (I live in the UK) and are RHD – but I am finding it impossible to identify what car it was off originally.

So, I can get parts and find out how to correctly set it all up

    Can anyone help me??

    Thanks

    Marc

  2. What I see, I don't see any Ford I recognise.
Those brake fittings look English. The rest of it is probably from there too. (All conveniently highlighted in orange.)

Sort of looks like a Ford tractor color. Is it possible its off one of those?

There must be a remote reservoir somewhere for that system, what does that look like? If it is still with the car.

That's funny. My very first thought when I saw all the rods and clevises was Farmall.

My apologies to the OP, I'm of no help.
