    What is "good"? Do you have numbers?

    From the vacuum readings it looks like it either is way out of time, sticking valves and/or weak springs or low compression on one or more cylinders.
     
  5. Man, I was so stoked when I saw the first two pictures. Such a classic hotrod with stance AND fenders. Then I saw how it digressed. To each his own but Fat Jack just rolled over in his grave. Might as well install a crate SBC now, that thing is just as bellybutton as the rest of them now

  8. I love fenderless hot rods, my last one was built without ever intending on fenders. My Tudor sedan is fenderless. But that A had the classic Early Times look, search it if you like. Like I said, to each his own but if I had bought that with the fenders looking that fine they would never come back off! I just think so many folks just fall into the trap of having to take them off or its not a "real" hotrod
