That had to be one of the first 4 bar cars. How'd they do for the season?

 

The car was very successful it only ran three times in 1961 but had two wins and a second. Some time it the early sixties there was a rule chance and fabricated bodies became legal.
It was the 1964 Oswego (NY) Track Champ.
The chassis was so far ahead for it's time it was ran until the end of the 1975 season. The chassis was found a few years ago someone put a 34 Ford coupe body back on it and made it street driven. (Street driven racecars drive me nuts! Old racecars should stay racecars! Not street cars or made into hot rods. I don't think old hot rods should be cut up for Tech-NO rods or racecars either!)
