Like others, I hit like to show that I've read it and appreciate it. I've been pretty liberal with the likes lately for some reason. A lot of times I will read through a thread and forget to hit the like button though, the content is that interesting.
Maybe @Ryan could add an "asshole" button next to the "like" button That way, Me and @Lloyd's paint & glass could have a shot at winning something
Jack your percentage of likes is quite impressive...there may be some period air in your future...1500 posts and 7000 something likes...oh yeah...
Oh yeah! Some have build threads, I'm into destruction threads lmao!! I hit the like button when something makes me smile. Or if it makes me say "fuck yeah" outloud. Just a nod of the head to you.
I came here to see something you made. . Congratulations. You must be the type that needs an attaboy to make sure you get the acknowledgment. CN
Thanks @Stogy. Yeah I guess I do pretty good in the "likes" department...but I bet I could REALLY rock that "asshole" button.
For you guys that want to be in the "likes" competetion, just go to a show, take 500 pictures of cool cars and post each one in a new thread.
Another way to build up your "likes" is to post your artwork on the <<<<<Friday Art Show>>>>> My artwork gets 40-50 Likes per post each week
The likes are given to fellow members for numerous reasons. They can be given if you found the thread hit the nail on the head or you feel like you learned something or simply found the thread informing & entertaining. Obviously Loudbang has received more than 250,000 likes by posting many great photo's and fellow hambers really appreciate what he chooses to post. HRP
Sometimes if someone states something I REALLY agree with I'll hit Quote and Reply after I hit the Like button. Bob
