Hi, Any suggestions on cheap reputable custom upholstery? Unfortunately I got scammed by B62 upholstery on etsy so I'm out hundreds of dollars and months of waiting to finally find out it was a scam, they took my money. I am looking for a white vinyl bench seat back with bucket seat bottoms. I have the frame and foam just need the vinyl sewn. serious warnig to all though DO NOT BUY FROM B62 upholstery!!!
Doesn't "custom" mean they need to have the seat frame in their hands to sew the cover? I can't imagine you'd get a good result with a mail order cover for a custom seat. You did say you had the frame and foam, so we know it's not a stock A seat (they didn't have any foam in them). You should ask for custom upholsterers in Burbank and Detroit. Might get a better handle on the right person for the job.

Just a heads up to anybody looking for custom upholstery I was also scammed by B62 Upholstery through ETSY. I placed an order for my 1950 Chevy 5 Window pickup for the stock bench seat . The seat base was duplicated so one cover was way too large to fit the seat back & required alterations by local Upholestry shop which added to the overall cost. It almost took 9 months to received the partial order the missing item is set sun visors . Emily suggested to order new cores shipping my sun visor cores wasn’t a feasible option( fortunately I didn’t send mine ) My shortcoming I was far too patient with B62 Upholestry I should cancelled the order early in the game. Going to local shop would have been a better choice . So hopefully I can save other hot riders looking to purchase Upholstery I say beware of B62
