Ha! Good one! Chaikas were reserved for higher level Party apparatchiks and the KGB. If a Chaika showed up at the curb of your shabby apartment building in the wee hours with three knuckle walkers wearing heavy overcoats and wide brim fedoras kiss your family goodbye, you were headed for Siberia at the very least.
