    Yes the 32 and my wife’s Buick the EJob will both be debuting there in bare metal

    I’ve heard that bangers and flathead V8’s are the only engines allowed at the RoG. A guy with a flathead Ford 6 was told to go home.....

    This year there doing a overhead valve 49-54 class so I fall in the category
    But there have been other inliners that have run in the past

    Wishing for faux woodgrain and a massive array of gauges including an altimeter and an analog clock. Hahahaha, whatever you do it's gonna be cool!

    Even though I totally agree .I have to do something totally different than anything else I’ve seen done before .and I’ve never seen anyone put a 1955 simca dash in one of these things

  26. Cody, how do you prevent surface rust on your bare metal during the build?:confused:
    Gibbs? Something else?

    Climate controlled shop , and I try not to touch the metal with bare fingers ,

    the oils and acids from ones hands can make things rust .


    I don’t put anything on it because it’s such a pain to get off when it comes to paint
