I need to get a few posts to use the classifieds so why not throw a few photos up of my project. It won’t be finished quick but it’s fun to work on!

Looks like you've got your work cut out there. Good luck and I'll be watching how you get on

I’ve had the car for awhile. The frame was junk but I had decent original frame to build on.

I started to use the frame under and made a few repairs before finding a better frame.

The current plan is to keep it as close to the way it is as possible but repair just enough to safely drive on the road.

I’ll follow this one! Congratulations! I wonder what happened to all the rear window and side window frames that got cut out of stock cars...

Gosh, that brings back memories of going to the stock car races on Saturday nights at the fairgrounds when I was growing up. Very cool!

  19. Mine started out that way too except my number was 72 and they hadn't cut the back window out. 34bodyB4.jpg 34atgarys2020.jpg

Now that’s the proper way to build a post count up;)
@traylor1974 are you planning on sticking around to share the build?

Very cool project! I'll be watching the build was you post. A '33/'34 steel coupe is pretty much my dream car. Looking at the prices nowadays though, I think I'll have to make do with building a GRP one. What was it used for previously? I was wandering what the frame on the front of the rails was for.
