After checking I found I had posted it back in 2017 so I got rid of it. You read fast it was only up for a few minutes LOL.

 

I personally don’t mind a good repeat. Lol
actually there is a ton of pic from the photo bucket days or stuff that no longer uploads because of age that I wish could be reposted that is lost.

New people come on the HAMB every day, like me, they don't go back and read them from the start so this is all new to them.

 

Well I might let a few slip in now that my nemesis Rooman isn't around to remind me exactly when they have been posted before.

That's already been done hasn't it with huge differences in opinions of course...

 

I'm pretty sure there was an earlier Brutus, but it wasn't a funny car. I have this picture, it's Fremont Drag Strip before the plywood walls/barriers went up... probably early-mid 60s. I remember this being Brutus, and at some point the name was painted on the door.

That's Christy St in the background. I don't know who took this shot, or where I found it.

Robinson Mercury Comet

 

I know the gasser look is typically a favorite when people buy old falcons or in the case a Mercury but to me this is the look I’d try to recreate. Simple, still very drivable and can be a lot of fun at the track.
