Ok I’m back. Haha. Thank you for dealing with my shit. Now can you please paint it satin black, with thin white walls and some scallops. Kinda like this car. Just wanted to see it as a post car IMG_4474.JPG

Looking for some help putting 53 Buick headlights on my 48. Can you also put a bumper on it and paint the grill surround black.

Do you think you could restore my cars original colors? And flip them around in different ways to see what colors would look good as a triple tone? IMG_2016.JPG IMG_2101.JPG IMG_5782.JPG

I'm sorry but I'm a little unclear about the photos.

I'm guessing that the first one is your car, yes?

The second one appears to show what your car would look like restored, but it has different wheel covers and is a little less green than the color chip you provided. Is there something else?

Could someone remove those god-awful mirrors and put a pair of period correct chrome mirrors in their place? Want to weigh my options before I fill the holes and start repainting. Thanks [emoji4]

Yes the first one is mine, and what i was wondering if i could have done was; basically restore my car (the rusty one) to its original colors (the 2nd image) - (the third one was a reference image of what i researched the original color to be) but have 3 images with the colors rearranged on the car. So that one image would be it if i were to go with what it had originally. In the second, swap the black top for a white top and the white “middle part” to be black and keep the teal where it is. In the 2nd have the black where the teal should be, have the white “middle part” be teal and have a white top. And in the 3rd have the white be where the teal is, have the “middle part” be black and the top teal. Sorry if my initial post was unclear and if this one is a little hard to read.

    Thank you.

What you show would be ideal; but I’m curious as to how they’d look in the existing holes in the fenders.

It'd sure look better with the front bumper guards off . . .

Well My previous post was deleted for "large diameter modern wheels are off topic". I used Minilite wheels which were invented in 1962.. Period correct for this Studebaker and the theme I was showing and within forum rules I believe..... Here is an article from Hemmings on them....
    https://www.hemmings.com/stories/article/the-genuine-article-2
I also replaced only the mirrors in the first image....
If I am in error please contact me so that I can better understand. Thanks.

    OG location for replacement..

If you keep the Talbot mirrors and go all in....

^^^ agree, the factory got the 3 tone colors right^^^^. I’m glad Ford didn’t follow suit in the US for the most part. and let Canada have the 3 tone Meteors and Rideaux’s
