Slow progress on the floor pans. I have sub rail repairs to make. My plan is to patch and strengthen and then apply rust encapsulater. Removed some of the worst pieces of sub rails/cross members. Having some new ones made locally to replace/patch.

Seems I have a couple extra air holes in my firewall. Any recommendations/opinions on which ones to keep and which ones to patch?

All backing plates, brakes, hubs, bearings, brake rods, wheels… complete.

Kaden helped install the new/old radiator, hoses, and new/old 31 shell.

Looking at shock absorber options. The front is really bouncy. I don’t think it will be very good on the road without shocks. I am thinking either original, rebuilts, or new. Not looking for tube shocks for the front since I’m still running mech brakes and I haven’t found a good way to mount them. Recommendations? Opinions?

Thanks Joe! These look awesome! I really like that they are friction. No leaking! I just called them. Seem like really cool dudes. These are more expensive than just going original style. I’m going to check locally for a good pair of original shocks but I may end up going with these. TM

I really feel like a monkey trying to F a football. No experience with this at all. I spend a lot of time moving parts around and looking at them. Ha!

Got up early this morning, wire wheeled rust, and encapsulated the bottom sides of the frame rails with POR15. 2CC11E48-1E67-4994-82B7-F5D142297E28.jpeg

Looking for 1931 Maryland license plate. Getting close to registering my roadster. I’d like to use original plate(s).

MD has front and rear now. I have seen MD front and rear matching plates from 30 and 31. Not sure what all that means.
