In 1948, the business expanded and a move was made to a property of their own on the southeast corner of the same intersection. For the last 70 years, Bistagne Brothers has served Glendale and the surrounding communities with a great sense of pride in their work and customer service.
Beautiful 1940 Ford Convertible with peaked hood, chopped windshield, padded top, DeSoto bumpers, Appleton Spotlights and single bar flipper hubcaps on wide white wall tires. The car appears to have an unique one off grille insert without the center bar. Another early Custom creation from the Bistange brothers.
Perfectly styled and proportioned George showed with this car what he was able to do. Notice the small diameter flipper hubcaps. Possibly these are original Cadillac units. [divider]
