Wow you never heard of their Racing team. Very active in the later 60's into the 70's with NHRA JR stockers.

 

AH the good old days. Way back in 1961when I was 12 all my buddies and kids in my neighborhood waited patiently until our 12th birthday so we could get a Social Security Number in our own name and after that we picked everything from apples, blueberries, anything in season, and finally shade tobacco for cigar wrappers WORST DIRTIEST JOB EVER from the sap coming out of the stems. Anything to make a dollar.

 

I also picked apples and pears, also got paid to sing in the church choir.
Anything to make a krona.

 

Taking it to another level it would really have made a great amphibious car/boat .
