    Bandit Billy. Ha ha I wish cause she’d probably know what it is!! Ha! I have a lot of NOS parts for 54 dodge I just started digging through u til I got stumped by this.

    High Speed Ratio Adjuster for the Columbia 3 speed 4 lug rear axle ! I guessing a choke pull off also
