I am now a very passionate Joe Bonamassa fan. Saw him in Denver at Red Rocks in August, one of my best concert experiences ever! I'm now the proud owner of several of his albums......oops CD's. If you like blues-rock, you won't be disappointed
Social Distortion, Dwarves, Bad religion, Motor Head, Rancid, T.S.O.L , Black Flag, you get the idea. Not any ones cup o tea on here but I grew up on it in the 80's too old and bald to have a mohawk, might try a scullet, party in the back.. shiny in the front.
Just some moderate volume tunes from a local ‘70’s & ‘80’s FM station to break the silence. If I start doing mathematical calculations then it briefly gets turned off. Few years back, I once had to re-assemble a car in a dead-silent garage with no electricity so it could at least be a rollable vehicle to transport it elsewhere. A silent garage is creepy & quite uninspiring!!
[QUOTE="stlouisgasser, A silent garage is creepy & quite uninspiring!![/QUOTE] Isn't that the truth, I feel the same way! I am a classic rock guy & mostly have channel 27 of Sirius/Xm sattelite radio Deep Tracks (which plays song from albums other than the hits) on my shop radio. When on the road transporting I listen to the old radio shows....Detectives, westerns, cop shows, etc! If you are into the DKs, Iggy, Devo, The Cure, Joy Division/New Order, B52s well pretty much anything with a heavy bass line and so much more check out the Viagra Boys from Sweden. Stumbled across them this year and now on heavy rotation in my garage. Here's a couple of songs to get you started. This one being my fav.
