#2971 - That's New Jersey’s infamous Nutley Velodrome in 1938. Tommy Hinner****z is leading, curiously running a low groove. In the second row back, that's Paul Russo in the #35 and Johnny Ritter in the #23. Ritter is running close to where Hinner****z liked to run while on dirt: on the far side of the cushion. Sure looks like a HS parking lot. I like the little oddball/misfit contingent of foreign cars on the right: Volvo 444, MG TF, and Bugeye Sprite.
Done by people who wrecked their car and didn't have the money to fix the lights correctly. They p***ed it off as "customizing" but we knew the truth.
