Event Coverage New Carlisle Show

I understand there is a new show at the Carlisle Expo Center this weekend. Does anyone plan to set up, or for that matter even go?? Just wondering, one of my uncles wants to go...I'm just not sure about it.

I think this may be the event that used to be in Allentown, Pa., but got moved to Carlisle this year. Looks like Fri. and Sat. Can't speak for how good it will be since it's the first time for it. Have fun if you go.

 

Looks like the hours are noon to 6pm both days, so you can sleep in.

 

Last year Allentown was cancelled because the state had closed agricultural fair locations due to the virus. Carlisle moved it to their Expo Center. It did so well the decided to do it again. The Allentown show was 2 weeks ago. There are some different vendors there than Allentown and some of the same vendors.

Gene, I intend to go as a spectator, it is only 25 minute from home now.

 

For the many of us that are iced in with this damm Arctic blast will someone PLEASE take some pics so I can remember what is was like last time I got out of the house and went to a swap meet.

 

...Sadly enough, that Artic blast is heading East and may be in Carlisle this weekend.

....Looks like the worst of the storm may be closer to the shore, but bundle up as it's going to be just a tad chilly!

 

Today, Thursday, 25 minutes west of Carlisle, at 7:30 AM, it is 5 degrees outside. Bundle up, keep warm if you come to Carlisle tomorrow.

Other than a few cars for sale, it’s all inside. Heat, restrooms, food vendor, enjoy! Saturday is 9am to 6pm.
