Still have to get the 9N Ford tractor in and the 39 Hudson vintage racer in. It will be on the C500 bed. The Hudson is not a survivor. I purchased it from a salvage yard in Montana. That Hudson - wow! What's the story on that? Recreation? Renovated survivor? Need details!

  20. A couple of those are really nice.

I'm kidding. And I'm envious. If you need somebody to drive the dusty ones once in a while, let me know.

How about dusting off that track roadster, take some pics, then share them with us! Build pic would be a bonus.

Dennis what about the other building, are some of those cars part of the DFRC Museum?

Track roadster built before i learned about the digital camera. No build pictures. I did a detailed description on the "Track Roadster " thread. ATTACH=full]5419089[/ATTACH] 2021-12-25 19.09.45-6.jpg

Is that turtledeck a fabricated one?

. Fabricated? Yes. I hammered it over a wood buck. No Bondo. 4325==rear 27 002.JPG I used the same buck to do my black 27. I used a 27 pick up body for more foot room than a 25 body. I even pulled the bottom at the firewall out 2" for more foot room. [ 3 pedal car ] I had a thread on fabricating this turtledeck. My Magna-Bend came in real handy when doing the upper and lower flanges.

Sold [ gave away ] the 29 to a contractor from GA. He is going to img503.jpg 2022-07-27 10.38.40-3.jpg have a rod shop finish it and enter it in the GRAND NATIONAL ROADSTER show.
