That's actually the lineup for the Championship car division of the 1959 Pikes Peak Hill Climb. That's Louis Unser in the #5 Raybestos car on the right in the front "row". His nephew Bobby Unser (farther back in the lineup) ended up winning as Uncle Louie blew the engine and didn't finish his run up the mountain.

Nope… It’s a Fuel Injected 283 cu.in. V8. I remember seeing one exactly like it (maybe that one), at a dinner driven by a plain clothes cop/detective that had just been out ran by a J2 Oldsmobile when cops from several counties were trying to catch him in the late 50’s.
Nope, no FI emblem on the side and I call BS about the purported FI police car. FI '57's were very rare and not put in fleet cars.
