That A/A coupe has an interesting fuel injection system.
    Can anyone identify its maker?

Also, a very early example of narrowing the track width.
    That car speaks to me.

That injector is known as the Enderle barn door. The throttle plates were sized the same as the 6-71 inlets.

My old friends John Anderson, Chet Thomas, and Jim Barnard ran this Willys with Barn Door on Fuel. As a rule, Enderle Injectors, tend to be more suited for Alcohol and Nitro, instead of gasoline. The car went in the 7's @190, in 1969. A-7.jpg A-9.jpg

The first Fuel Chrysler I ever heard run. Albrich, ****rod and Floyd in 1962. 450 incher with chain drive blower and Barn Door. Earl Floyd the driver, forerunner to the "Northwind", all friends of mine. 2012-07-28 111101.jpg 2012-07-28 111201.jpg

Langhorne Speedway ( Pa ) had a dragstrip in the middle of the dirt-track oval. Here's a vid. The Hot Rod Club referred to in this ''flick" were the Charioteers from Trenton, NJ
